Coffee Connect

Coffee Connect is a ministry of the church that offers free coffee, cake and sandwiches to people of all ages from our community wanting to gather with others for company and friendship.

Our informal program is conducted in the front Fellowship Centre opening from Riversdale Road, from 10am until 12 noon each Wednesday, except for during school holidays.

Coffee Connect provides a warm and relaxed atmosphere that creates opportunities to build relationships over coffee, cake and informal discussion.  We host a number of activities including carpet bowls, exercise sessions to music, short Bible readings, and occasional sessions of craft, cooking demonstration, and prayer when we’re sick or struggling.  We seek to be compassionate and are committed to serving others as demonstrated by Jesus, and have provided practical support in a variety of circumstances, advocacy in managing relationships with community services and other organizations, encouragement and guidance with a variety of life skills, and explanations regarding the Christian faith and its implications for quality of life.
